Short videos bring proven concepts, processes, tools and the latest technical information to your computer, phone or tablet. These are developed to help with onboarding new personnel or offering a seasoned employee (managers, techs and sales) with an opportunity to grow and be challenged. This library is designed to put consistent content into the
hands of both sales and techs so that there is redundancy in identifying potential issues before the vehicle is driven into the shop, racked and lugs removed.
STAGE 1: Video-on-Demand
The next stage is our L.I.T.E. program. Taking the on-demand videos and using them in a live virtual class with an instructor and other students has shown to improve not only retention of knowledge, but also builds a comradery and a bit of competition to see who can achieve higher test
scores and become a leader in their organization. We often see this course bring out a renewed excitement that can be seen in our testimonial videos.
Completion of the VOD curriculum is required to attend a class.
STAGE 2: L.I.T.E.
We provide TIA ATS technician certification along with our TRACK Level 1 proprietary custom wheel and non-OE tire program. This includes classroom and hands-on training for both techs and salespeople. We utilize an assortment of tire and wheel assemblies such as 335/25R20 runflat tires on 20×12 wheels, 37×13.50R22 LRE tires on 22×10 reverse mount wheels and 245/70R19.5 on steel wheels using a traditional rim clamp with helper arms as well as touchless tire changers.
Completion of all L.I.T.E. classes is a prerequisite for this class.
STAGE 3: 3-Day TIA/TRACK Certification
This program builds on Stage 3 and allows us to advance a Stage 3 student to Trainer status for both TIA ATS and TRACK modules. This person would be ready to accept a great deal of responsibility for your organization. In addition to the Stage 3 curriculum, this person would be tasked with demonstrating their abilities to our instructors in all facets of tire and wheel sales, customer experience, product knowledge, vendor product lines, equipment, custom wheel fitment and build sheet, tire selection, air pressure adjustment and chassis setup involving shocks, adjustable coil-overs, alignment angles, brake systems, centerlock wheels and helper springs, just to name a few.
Completion of Stage 3 and 2+ years experience is required for this class.
STAGE 4: 5-Day Train-the-Trainer
